PTPA Launches Player Grievances Form for Player Support Requests

The PTPA has launched a player grievances form to provide more professional tennis players the opportunity to easily request the PTPA’s assistance and guidance with issues they encounter on tour. These requests may include, but are not limited to, issues related to fines, anti-doping, anti-corruption, harassment and safeguarding, on-site tournament conditions, and social media abuse.

To report an issue, players should fill out the form and include as much detail as possible. Information provided by players will be kept strictly confidential. The appropriate members of the PTPA team will review the request and reach out to the player within 48 hours to discuss.

The PTPA understands that players face a multitude of challenges on a daily basis and is here to help. The form, available on the PTPA website at www.ptpaplayers.com/gethelp, is open to all professional players 24/7.
