Ecuador legend and former No. 6 men’s player Nico Lapentti joined the PTPA as an ambassador in July and since then has played a crucial role in educating players on the PTPA, servicing players and liaising between stakeholders.
Nico, like all players, experienced unique challenges and obstacles throughout his career. Now Nico is devoted to helping the PTPA establish itself as the voice of the players and address and improve the challenges that he faced and that today’s players are still facing.
