What is the PTPA ACE Program?
The PTPA ACE Program is a groundbreaking initiative that provides professional tennis players navigating complex anti-doping and anti-corruption legal challenges with free, expert support through prominent global law firms King & Spalding LLP and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. The ACE Program is the first of its kind in tennis, ensuring equitable access to world-class legal expertise, regardless of a player’s financial standing and personal resources.
How does the ACE Program work?
After an initial intake of each case, the PTPA will connect players with legal counsel to provide services
at no cost. As founding partners of the program, King & Spalding LLP and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP have
committed substantial time and resources to supporting players’ unique legal needs.
Please note that the number of provided legal hours is limited, and as such the PTPA will triage
players’ cases and direct hours of legal support accordingly.
Who can leverage the ACE Program?
The program is focused on assisting players with contentious cases related to anti-doping and anti-corruption issues, as these are often high-stakes cases with significant legal complexity.
How can I use the ACE Program?
Please contact the PTPA Player Relations Team using one of the contact methods to the left to share more information on your case.
