ATP Tour Can’t Threaten Players in Antitrust Suit, Judge Says

A federal judge in New York on Wednesday ordered the ATP Tour to refrain from retaliating or threatening to retaliate against players who might join the antitrust class action lawsuit led by the Professional Tennis Players Association (PTPA), Vasek Pospisil and other players.
